Chef Niran Mahayothee recently joined the chefs’ competition “Iron Chef Thailand TV Program” at the Iron Chef Thailand Kitchen Stadium; versus Chef Art (Prasopchok Trakulphat) Corporate Executive Chef at Iron Chef Thailand. The main raw ingredient of the week is “Siamese gourami”.

Chef Niran Mahayothee and his team have created five menus to beat Chef Art and the menus are: The Guardians of the ocean, The Emperor, Europe or Asian, Surfing Fish and the last menu from the secret ingredient is “fresh milk” from the cow breast.
