Bournemouth 0 Fulham 1: Mitrovic Spot On Match Winner

Fulham’s First Premier League Away Win Of The Season Puts Scott Parker In Pole Position For A Crack At Bringing Fulham Back Next Season. Highlights. Player Ratings. Manager Comments, And Stats.

By: Marc Gingell

Before this game Aleksandar Mitrovic, Fulham’s top scorer and leading the Premier Leagues shot parade with 118 (Mo Salah is 2nd with 116 and Harry Kane 3rd with 102) hadn’t scored in his last nine Premier League games. He’d also failed to score on the road since the beginning of February when he netted in Fulham’s 2-2 draw at Brighton.

Aleksandar Mitrovic On The Spot!

Aleksandar Mitrovic scored from the penalty spot against Bournemouth after he’d been taken out by Jack Simpson. Mitrovic, who’d missed his last two penalties, sent Bournemouth keeper Artur Boruc the wrong way.

That’s two in two for Fulham and put’s Scott Parker in a good position to take over as permanent manager.
